Built by two technicians who got tired of guessing.

STACOM started in 2019 as a two-bay shophouse beside the Puchong batu road. Hisham and Ravinder — the founders — kept hearing the same story: drivers paying for parts they didn't need because no one bothered to plug in a scanner first. The promise was simple. Diagnose properly. Quote in writing. Replace nothing until the owner says so.

Five years on we run eight bays, employ a full hybrid specialist and stock OE parts for thirteen marques. The promise hasn't moved.

Questions before you book

Do I need an appointment for service?

A booking helps us reserve a bay, but walk-ins are welcome for inspections and minor jobs. WhatsApp ahead so we can quote travel-friendly slots and have the right parts at hand.

Will servicing here affect my vehicle warranty?

No. Under the Block Exemption ruling, you may service your car at an independent workshop without voiding the manufacturer warranty, provided we use approved parts and follow the service schedule. We document every job for your records.

Do you work on hybrid and electric vehicles?

Yes. Our hybrid and EV specialists handle Honda, Toyota, BYD and Tesla platforms — from 12V system diagnostics to high-voltage battery health checks, plus brake regeneration recalibration.

How long does a typical service take?

A periodic service runs about 90 minutes. Diagnostic jobs depend on the fault, but we always confirm a written estimate before any work begins.

Can I get a written quote before approval?

Always. Our motto is quote first, decide later. Nothing is touched until you sign off on the line items, and any change in scope mid-job requires a fresh confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, FPX, all major debit and credit cards, DuitNow QR, and split payment with Atome or SPayLater on jobs above RM800. Fleet customers can request 14-day invoicing.
